BRONZE PARTY
PACKAGE
£170

BRONZE PARTY PACKAGE: £170 – 12 children, 20 adults (90 minutes, available at 9:30am-11am, 2pm-3:30pm or 3:30pm-5pm)

Our Bronze Party Package costs £170 and includes:

• Up to 12 children and 20 adults

• 90 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue

• Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children.

(Please notify us of any allergies and we can cater for them).

A £25 deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve your party.

SILVER PARTY
PACKAGE
£185

SILVER PARTY PACKAGE: £185 – 16 children, 25 adults (90 minutes, available at 9:30am-11am or 2pm-3:30pm or 3:30pm-5pm)

Our Silver Party Package costs £185 and includes:

• Up to 16 children and 25 adults

• 90 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue

• Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children.

GOLD PARTY
PACKAGE

GOLD PARTY PACKAGE (most popular): £195 – 16 Children + 25 adults (2 hours, 2pm-4pm)

Our Gold Party Package costs £195 and includes:

• Up to 16 children and 25 adults

• 120 minutes exclusive hire of our role play venue;

• Children’s food / drinks included: sandwiches: ham, cheese and jam, cocktail sausages, a selection of crisps, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, apples and bananas, cookies and party ring biscuits plus unlimited squash for all the children.

A £25 deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve your party.

PLEASE NOTE: All party deposits are non-refundable.

• The balance must be paid 7 days prior to date of party.
• The company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment of balance by the due date.
• Children must be supervised by carers / parents whilst visiting Mini Monsters Cafe. Feel free to bring some warm socks or even your slippers to wear in the cafe as all customers take their shoes off on arrival.

On the day, please arrive 15 minutes before the party starts so you are there to welcome your guests. Our member of staff will run through the party with you then. We ask all adults and children to remove their shoes when entering the cafe as we like to keep it nice and clean for the little ones. You are welcome to bring indoor shoes/slippers with you to wear if you wish to.
 
You may bring your own cake and party bags along if you would like to. Any special requests need to be emailed directly to us before the party for approval please. You can bring your own decorations and balloons, however we do ask you take them with you when you leave and only use blue tack to place them on the walls. There is limited time to put up decorations you have brought with you but we will do our best to help you. We will lay out the tables in a long row and put party table covers on them. We also put up a banner on the wall saying Happy Birthday. For fire and safety reasons standard candles must be used on the cake rather than a sparkler.
